Help registration

I have tried to register my user name and received initial notification. I was told I would be approved in a few days and that was 2 weeks ago. Can someone help me get registered please? User Name Stevez

PS It wouldn't let me login as Stevez and it wouldn't let me post as that, which is why I posted this as Stevezky. Thanks.
