heated tube & humidifer

Post by SLOGGER » Wed Jul 12, 2017 10:56 am

yesterday I plugged in a new heated tube into my dreamstation bipap
now the humidifier doesn't work (dry mouth, no condensation in tube) & the heated plate is not hot anymore
any hints as to what i am doing wrong or missing?
in the clinical mode, heated tube setting is chosen
thanks

May try to unplug it from wall. It may just need rebooting...I know resmed is like that. Wouldnt hurt to try...

The default setting measures the ambient humidity and won't turn on if it is high humidity. You might try the highest setting, or revert to "Classic Heating" (if that's available).
