Please review my data

Post by TedVPAP » Wed Jun 21, 2017 1:40 pm

I recently switch to auto CPAP from bilevel. I love it as my pressure is generally lower than before (19/15). I swallow much less air. I have the range set to 15-20. Any suggested changes?
Thanks

EDIT: here is more data from the same night

If you are comfortable, leave everything alone

I edited my OP to include more data from last night.
I have made no changes since I got the machine (1 month ago). I did not feel well rested this morning, Even after 7 hours of sleep.
I have noticed that my throat is slightly sore with this machine/setup where I never had an issue when using bilevel (19/15). So I think that I am doing some snoring. I don't know if it is possible to determine if the snoring is on inhalation or exhalation. I was thinking about changing the Flex.
