I am new to cpap (1 month) and had AHI's well above sleep test level, dominated by centrals with significant exaggerrated periodic breathing. There were no centrals during sleep test. MD's first step was to lower top pressure thinking CA was triggered by too much pressure. Didnt really help with CA'...
