Re: Oscar Charts Input

How do I add a median line to the graphs? I looked and couldn't find an option that I could identify.

Hi,
sorry...just go on the left of each chart, right click, and, on dotted lines, mark the median.

all the best and good luck

Re: Dreams of suffocation and weird OSCAR patterns

I'm trying to get used to CPAP, but I keep getting unpleasant dreams when wearing it. Yesterday I had a dream that I'm unable to breathe, which was accompanied by this weird pattern in Oscar. Hi, _suffocating dreams/nightmares: sounded so familiar to me, for some 40 years (anteceding awakening/wake...

Re: Oscar Charts Input

One of the things that I have noticed is that my respiration rate on most nights averages around 11.20-11.60. Is there anything in the inspiration, respiration or minute ventilation that you guys see that raises any flags? Adding a few screenshots from last night. Hi, _ Interesting this one more li...

Re: So glad I found you

Hi, _ good ! _ REM stages have been barrier for you to move through or sataying in them, provoking your main sleep interruptions. This happens with so many people; _ let us see what happens with more mask adaptation and the role the collar is going to have, before next steps. _ hope you are already ...

Re: So glad I found you

hi, _Looks promising! Airfit f20 is my mask as well; very good, educated me to not mouth breath, brought me comfort. More comfort and sleep hygiene may move you to even larger chuncks and less interruptions, eventually; _ and the collar? FFM works very well in combination with this tool; _ looks int...

[Other things I've tried: I've tried bipap, and it's not better for me than the Apap...... .. /i]

I will try and go back to try Bipap again..... well, you know, subjectively counts a lot in this world, even though, in my modest opinion, if I may, I think it woulld be well worth giv...

Re: pressure feels higher with full face mask

I found just the opposite. When I wear a pillow mask, having the continuous pressure directed right up my nose feels very strong. Switching to a nasal mask improves it a little, but using a full face mask where the air pressure is dispersed within the mask allows me to inhale more comfortably. ...e...

Re: Opinion on sleep SpO2 levels

John, It looks like you are almost on an hourly schedule. You drift off to sleep then your O2 levels drop and you arouse and roll a little then fall back to sleep. Rinse and repeat. Hi, all _ well, it does not cost me much this speculation: It has called my attention your about-1hr periodicity on o...

Other things I've tried: I've tried bipap, and it's not better for me than the Apap...... .. based on what you said above, I would be very curious to take a look at your BPAP outcomes, I am afraid, rare complete failure (in particular should it be the Resmed Vauto and you had worked out positional,...

Hi, guys "Another experiment - tonight I'll set it at 6 with EPR off and see how it goes". _ seconding this. Hi, _ yes, Pmin : 10cm is already not that easy to copy....aerophagia quite often comes in, like happened to me. Re: Newbie Oscar results insight

Sometime ago, when revisiting what happened overnight, while moving from APAP (EPR:3.0) to BPAP (PS:4.0), I realized that not only pretty much all FL gone way, but also there was a complete rearrange on respiratory patterns. There were sudden changes on the E:I ratio and MV, as well as on the expira...
