I have read this book by the suggestion from another fellow CPAPer and it was a very good book. It's about how "Wiedman" conquered his insomnia. It's very hands on and you really get results if you do what he says.
I don't do mornings !!!

Good to know. Did it have any good tips for Liam's insomnia? I'll have to check it out. Thanks.

Are you sure Liam doesn't have one of those peeps caught up his CPAP hose?

Ha! I wouldn't be at all surprised. SOMETHING's invaded that man's apparati. Aliens, maybe? Aliens disguised as peeps?? Maybe it's just a furball.

Linda, who thinks Liam is scary......

I could use some tips, actually. I'm back to my old tricks again tonight. I tried to sleep with the mask, and instead woke with a nasty stiff neck and headache.

Damn full face mask works fine on my back, but I have to twist my neck to the side in a way that's not comfortable to sleep on my side.

Liam, who said it was his CPAP hose he was using to shoot "peeps"?

(And who can't understand why ANYONE would think him "scary")

I have a contour pillow that I need for my degenerative disc disease (yeah I know I am literally falling apart!) and it makes it fairly easy to lie on your side. Get a memory foam one as it will conform to you and your mask. I found that sleeping on the edge of it was fairly comfortable...
