At present, I'm using a ResMed S7 set@10, with a heated humidifier. Are there any better machines available? My DME had this machine and a Responics, don't know model number. I used a ResMed at my sleep study, again don't know model number. I do know that it had a "mask fill" button.
Not sure that I'm going to buy another machine, but am always looking. I believe my present machine is doing the job. This is sort of like buying your first car to me. The first one is the best until you see a better one!
If I can convince my sleep doc to write another prescription, would an APAP or Bi-PAP be any better?
As always, thanks for your help !! Sleep well, keep your mask on your face, and keep those machines running!!

You can upgrade the Resmed S-7 to a spirit Auto. It is a software upgrade. $289 at cpap.com

I think its a bit high myself. But it is possible.
Cheers,
Chris
