Sleep Graph Input

Post by imposterdroids » Thu May 25, 2017 9:23 pm

Curious if anyone has seen a flow rate graph like this one. This is extremely typical for large portions of the night. I'm trying to decide if it's a form of UARS, or perhaps just OSA (except on the exhale?)

Any input is welcome.

Might want to be consulting your sleep doc on this one, does not look quite normal to me.

my guess is you've got some lip leaking going on. that'd account for the flat sections then the little bit more exhale before the inhalation.

Yes, it looks like exhaling by mouth to me. viewtopic.php?f=1&t=114197&p=1104979&hi ... g#p1104979
See flow rate example 2.

Appreciate the input plaerider and Jay... I'm looking over data and don't see any leak during those times, but i'll try taping my mouth and see what results I get.

Thanks again!

bear in mind that the leak graph is a rolling average calculation over a number of breaths, not an instant high rate sample, like the flow graph.

in other words, you're not going to see a sub second spike on the leak graph.
