Tooth pain with cpap

I have using the nasal pillow for about a month and a half. I now have headaches and terrible tooth,jaw, and neck pain. I went to my dentist to see if I may have a dying nerve in a tooth but X-rays showed nothing. I even went to the emergency ward wondering if something is wrong in my neck. They could find nothing. It feels like maybe I have been clenching or biting down on my teeth really hard. I can barely eat or drink anything. I have bought some topical dental cream that is for painful teeth and gums. I will call my cpap people tomorrow. It is the worst pain I have ever had. Any ideas?

Bruxism.
A common solution is a mouth guard.
You can try an inexpensive boil and bite sports mouth guard to see if it helps.
Edit: if you are not bruxing this means nothing.

Sounds like something is way too tight.
Exactly which nasal pillow mask are you using?
I have been using some sort of nasal pillow mask for nearly 8 years now and I have never had what you are complaining of.
