Dream Mapper showing incorrect data

Since I am unable to use SleepyHead with my ASV, I've had to rely on DreamMapper for my data records. It's been going along just perfect for the last month and Saturday I wake up shut the machine off smile at the .3 AHI and start my morning. I opened up DreamMapper later in the day is see how things are looking and it showed not only wrong data but the wrong machine for that day. I was surprised to see all the areas usually left blank filled in as well. It had Autocpapwith AFlex and usage was 2 hours with an AHI 3.1??? Figuring a glitch I ignored it. Wednesday night it did it again when I viewed Thursday morning. And again last night. I called Phillips Tech Support and got the typical unplug it plug it back in, log out of the app and back in. It seemed to have corrected last night's data but Wednesday and Saturday are still screwed up. Not too worried about it as the machine still shows full compliance for 35 nights straight.

Anyone else have this happen? Did someone accidently mistype their serial number in and I'm getting someone else's data?



For those following, machine is not causing the GI issues. I have severe Gastroparesis and waiting on the data to see if it's also Chron's,. Switched me to Prilosec and told me to take my Zantac as well.for a month to let the Prilosec build up. Gastro Ultrasound showed my pepic ulcer has pretty much healed but I have some serious issues with my esophagus and the tube to my stomach. The endoscopy will see that better. Now sleeping with my head above my feet and not eating anything other than applesauce or oatmeal​ or cottage cheese an hour before I go to bed. No more heavy foods or spicy foods. And I am supposed to cut back on any carbonated drinks till they solve what's going on. Gas has gotten much better but I am still in severe gut pain that can cause me to break out in a rash and start sweating in my sleep. More tests next week.
