So I accidentally wrote to my sdcard(transferred from my stored backups to the sd card), then I put it back into the machine. I notice the machine was still writing new files to the P0 directory on the sdcard, but sleepyhead wouldn't import more data. So I cleared sleepyhead data, re-imported, same thing: it only has data up to April 24th, 2017. I try to test it, breathing in the mask, see new data written, but sleepyhead won't recognize it. The new files are all 1KB if that matters.
Tried a new sdcard, same thing. I see the new files written each time but sleepyhead is not reading them for some reason. Can I turn on debug information to find the per-file parsing logs? Is my machine writing out bogus data now? Can I factory reset it?
I just reset the internal data via the clinician menu, writes new files but sleepyhead doesn't import them. Also it doesn't seem to record any new hours/AHI/etc. from the machine. I would take it to the doctor except I switched insurance providers so this machine isn't supported by my current health insurance provider.
This is a remstar auto with a-flex.
Thanks.
Can't read new data for my respironics system1 in sleepyhead
Re: Can't read new data for my respironics system1 in sleepyhead
Are you sure you are doing this right? You have to do a manual import each time.health wrote:I just reset the internal data via the clinician menu, writes new files but sleepyhead doesn't import them.
Why would they care which machine you are using?health wrote:I would take it to the doctor except I switched insurance providers so this machine isn't supported by my current health insurance provider.
Maybe its time to also get that straightened out.
Re: Can't read new data for my respironics system1 in sleepyhead
I click on file->import data, and I choose the right folder. Normally this would find new files and import them. This worked fine for weeks until I accidentally wrote to the sd card. What do you mean by 'manually import'?Guest wrote:Are you sure you are doing this right? I was impatient, woke up and the stats now appear on the machine and data is importing fine in sleepyhead. So everything seems to be fine. I'll be sure to be more careful and not write to my sd card.
