Best Wedge Pillow?

Post by SleepyDeb » Tue Apr 25, 2017 11:43 am

Hi All...just got home from having an endoscopy and have had all the other belly tests in the last month...ct scan, etc. - all is well, but my problem of distended hard stomach has been determined to be swallowing air from my cpap machine - and I'm at a low pressure of 7.8 as it is. I was wondering if any of you could recommend a good wedge pillow for a side sleeper. Right now I'm just using a regular pillow ... sleeping on my side, switching sides during the night. Due to back issues I can't sleep on my back. Any suggestions would be appreciated...thanks.

There are no good wedge pillows for side sleepers (and most for back sleepers are not good).

Instead, it's best to use bed risers under the bed's feet at the head of the bed. I recommend risers that are about four or five inches. Plenty to choose from - https://www.google.com/webhp?sourceid=c ... ath+beyond

We use 4-inch wooden risers from Bed Bath & Beyond.
