Are you referring to an orthodontic device called an arch expander, used on a child to PREVENT obstructive sleep apnea?

More information please. What do you have in mind? What is the state of your teeth and jaw? Crowded teeth with underdeveloped jaw and high narrow palate?

Has a medical professional recommended something to you? What is the age of the patient?
