EO470 is bipap without backup rate and EO471 is bipap with backup rate. The AirCurve 10 ASV would be EO471.

If you are doing this through your insurance then you don't need the codes. It's up to whatever DMEs they work with (and hopefully there is a choice) to do that for you. All you have to do is make sure that the specified machine is the one that they will be providing. With this in mind I can't see the point of your question.
