How to Stop Insomnia

Post by bobby231 » Mon Apr 24, 2017 2:58 am

Try to follow the below tips to get rid of insomnia -

1. Choose a bedtime that is realistic for your lifestyle. If you know you function best early in the morning, try getting up early and going to bed early.
2. Try to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
3. Avoid sleeping in, even on weekends.
4. Try not to fall asleep on the couch.

Probably the most useless advice you've ever posted!

You may know lots about mattresses, but nothing about insomnia (or OSA).

He could care less about what he is doing. He just wants to spam the board forever and isn't going to stop until the Goodmans ban him. I am very tempted to use the spam button but for various reasons, I haven't.
