How do I create an avatar?

I can not figure out how to create an Avatar on this site. :(

Click on User Control Panel upper left below the cpaptalk.com logo then click on the Profile Tab and around the middle left there is an Edit Avatar tab. :)

From 102 AHI to 0.4 AHI for over 10 yrs now :)

The avatars themselves need to be fairly small jpg files 150kb or smaller. If you see an avatar you like on a different forum, you could simply download it and upload it here. Or use one of the online picture resizer services to reduce a picture to avatar size.
