ResMed Airsense 10 - SD Card - SleepyHead Software

Post by CPAPLowspark » Sat Apr 15, 2017 3:19 pm

I have been wanting to use the SleepyHead software you all rave about and thought I had it all set. I have an AirMed 10 CPAP...just purchased an SD card today...stuck it into the unit and it lit up orange. Figured it was d/l info. Light off, took it out, plugged into my MacBook Pro and no data...

Does the Air Med 10 not retain info? Will I only start tracking data tonight on my SD card for review tomorrow?

Thanks for any insight

You need to leave the card in the machine while you are using it. It likely wrote a folder structure and perhaps some summary data. The detailed data for Sleepyhead is written to the card and it retained in memory after it is transmitted over cellular

if you indeed have the CPAP model, then you're in for a disappointment, the CPAP model doesn't save any data beyond usage.

double check the name on the front. if you have the Elite or AutoSet model, then you need to have the card in the machine while it's being used, because the detail data is written directly to the card.

if you do have the CPAP model, I suggest trying to exchange it for a better model.
