What do the numbers 3.9 AHI and 90% - 11.1 mean?

Your AHI (Apnea Hypopnea Index) is the number of apneas+hypopneas you had per hour averaged over the night the results were for. And 11.1 is the pressure your machine went up to during 90% OR LESS of the time you used your Cpap that night... you were not necessarily at 11 for 90% of the time, but at least one event reached that pressure (in time to block one or more events at that level).
