Why don't you work on it for awhile and see if you can come up with something better.

HR>130??

How old are you? It’s easy for me to go higher when lifting weights. You might need to see a cardiologist.

Both drugs increase insulin production and in the process slow down digestion. They do it in somewhat different ways.

Re: Vital Sign Tracking Rings

I have a big CSA (Central Sleep Apnea) issue. In a nutshell I stop breathing altogether as soon as I fall asleep. Clearly an internal circuitry malfunction which causes other issues such as sleep depravation and some serious coronary issues caused by massive drops in Blood Oxygen Saturation Levels ...

Re: Low AHI feels worse

I suggest not checking AHI until the end of day to make sure expectations aren't inadvertently coloring the perceived correlation. Wouldn't it be the other way around? You see a higher AHI which becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy for "feeling worse"? Strange duck who sees a lower AHI and says, "Oh ...

When on CPAP, why would a low AHI—e.g. under 1—make one feel more tired and worse in the morning than a higher AHI—e.g. 2 or 3? This has been my experience.
You left out a key piece of information. What is the breakdown of those AHIs - clear airway/obstructive/hypopnea?

I was told when I began CPAP many years ago that I should skip it on nights when I had a cold or upper respiratory issue.
??

That's when a CPAP is most needed. Even a person who does not have sleep apnea can benefit from CPAP when he has a cold.

You receive bum advice.
