my first 3 days with CPAP

Hard for me the last three nights, I hope it will be better.

Why has it been hard? What problems are you experiencing?
It's really difficult to offer ideas on a solution when we don't know what the problem is.

In addition to your equipment and settings, please tell us exactly why you're having difficulty (i.e inability to fall asleep, discomfort from mask, claustrophobia, etc.).
