Tricks To Remembering Mask Every Single Night?

Post by Kabuto » Mon Apr 03, 2017 8:45 am

Hi guys,

I'm trying to remember to use my sleep mask every night...but usually, what's happened is that by the time I do remember, I've accidentally fallen asleep before getting the chance to put the mask on. You guys have any tips/ suggestions?

Thanks!

Maybe leave the mask on your pillow.

Don't lay down in bed without having the mask on ahead of time.
I always put my mask on sitting on the side of the bed. I never lay down and think "I will put the mask on the minute I get sleepy"...because I know what would happen. I would maybe wake up in the middle of the night and realize that I fell asleep before I realized I was sleepy.

Set an alarm clock for bedtime to put the mask on.
