CPAP results
My wife's CPAP readings were averaging an AHI of 10.5 a night over a many months and the consensus was that due to Her medical condition it was probably the best results possible. because of CA's and CSR's She runs the pressure from 6 to 8.4. She always used Her ipad right up to bed time at 9pm but then decided to trial putting it away at least 3 hours before bed time. Amazingly Her nightly average AHI has dropped to 5.4 with much lower CA readings and less CSR events. It works for Her so hope it helps someone else having the same problems.

Wonder if it was the blue light disturbing her sleep patern ? If
that was the case there are some programs perhaps the best
being F.lux that will allow you to turn down the amount of blue
light your computer, notebook or cell phone emits after sundown.

That is amazing. I keep telling my dh not to use the phone in bed but we are using it as an alarm.
It would be interesting to know more about this and if we should have the phone in the bedroom at all.

It won't be a problem if you're not staring at it, like a terminal screen, and don't leave it facing you on the side table.
