Helping a friend

Post by hillbilly1979 » Mon Mar 06, 2017 9:14 pm

I appreciate everyone on this board. You all definitely helped me get my sleep apnea under control. I am seeing AHI under between 1 and 3 since the changes I made after talking with people here. I had a friend a few weeks ago who is going through the same struggles I was. He has a full beard and he has never slept more than an hour with his mask on. I convinced him to try the Swift FX nasal pillow mask along with the Ruby chinstrap. His therapy time has been increasing each night. The first night was 3 hours and the next was four. I will see him again tomorrow night, so I will be able to get an update, but he is extremely satisfied with the mask and I have told him he needs to create an account on this board and get plugged in.

i dont do sleepyhead i think that is the name of the program, but under the dream station they gave me a ahi of 0.9, then it went up to 1.7. .its in that menu section.
that is like down from 58 ahi, or was it 48 ahi about several months ago.
and improvement.
