All was going good until....Numbers up high again

Am new-ish to CPAP use. Has been about 6 weeks now.
Sleep study was 42 AHI.
Started machine 6 weeks ago and numbers fell, and have been averaging around 8-9. Feeling better! Annoying cough stopped! More alert!
Now all of a sudden, this last week my numbers have been higher. Started around 14 and now hovering around 19-20. I don't get this.
Mask stays on all night, no problem with that. I sleep with it for an average of 8 hours.
Any thoughts or suggestions? My supplier has people that call weekly to check in. They said to up the humidity level ( I currently have at 3). Will try that tonight. Today was 20..back to being tired again.
Pressure is at 7.

It's real important to know what that AHI is made up of.
How much is ClearAirway/Central Index?
How much is Obstructive Apnea Index?
How much is Hyponea Index?

If you have been just going by the numbers on the LCD screen it can't tell you what the AHI is made up of.
You need the software available to see more details.

Without having more details it's impossible to offer any useful advice but I will tell you this...it's unlikely that changing the humidity setting will make any difference but you can of course try it.
