TOO MUCH PRESSURE
TOO MUCH PRESSURE
I recently replaced my full mask and tubing for my resmed cpap, after not using it for a couple of months...It was working fine when I stopped using it, but after getting the new mask and tubing and hooking it back up, the pressure about blows my head off!! Not sure why it is doing this as it was 2working fine last time i used it, and two HOW DO I ADJUST THE PRESSURE? thanks!!
Re: TOO MUCH PRESSURE
If we knew which specific machine you had, we'd know if you have the EPR (Exhalation pressure relief) feature that lets you adjust that pressure... and you haven't given either what pressure you used previously or are using now.

Did you change models of masks or change to a different diameter hose?ehampton wrote:I recently replaced my full mask and tubing for my resmed cpap
There are many models of ResMed machines. Please fill out your equipment profile - https://www.cpaptalk.com/ucp.php?i=prof ... pment_info

get used to it, like you were used to it before.ehampton wrote:I recently replaced my full mask and tubing for my resmed cpap, after not using it for a couple of months...It was working fine when I stopped using it, but after getting the new mask and tubing and hooking it back up, the pressure about blows my head off!! and stop exaggerating things, the "blow your head off pressure" is LESS than what you create when you stick a straw in a tall drink and blow bubbles.
