The mask is a Resmed Activa - LT large. The cushion and headgear are new and I have cinched the headgear as much as I can.

I am getting a new mask and but need to sample some so I can get a decent fit. My DME is Apria so I'm getting a fit from anopther DME, as well. My ASV S9 leaked a little bit but I was able to keep it under 10 almost every night I tried using an Airfit but I couldn't exhale trough it.

Someone said I needed more EPAP so I increased the EPAP Min on the AirCurve last night from 9 to 10. Perhaps turning it back to 9 and increasing the EPAP Max to 15 is what he meant. Last night's settings:
EPAP Min 10
EPAP Max 14
PS Min 6
PS Max 12

Here are the 2-17-2017 and 2-24-2017 nightly Sleepyhead graphs: https://imgur.com/a/kiBA9

Thanks very much

Double check your min Epap setting. The screenshot for the 24th shows it to still be 9 not 10. And yes the min was what palerider was suggesting.

Your leaks aren't horribly horrible unless you are seeing worse leaks than you show with this last report.
While it's not real pretty...there really wasn't a lot of prolonged time spent in large leak and it's not enough to hugely impact your therapy.
Less than 10 % of the night in large leak and unless they are disturbing your sleep and causing you to wake often it's not the end of the world.
ResMed won't even give you a Mr Frowny face for mask fit until you hit 30% or more of the night in large leak.

My mask for years was the original Aptiva nasal mask. The secret with it was a VERY loose fit and then let the PAP pressure actually seal it.

Try to hold it on lightly without straps, by hand and move it in and out . I haven't tried the LT but if it is anything like the orig that should work

epap is what works to prevent obstructive apneas, if the epap is too low, your airway can close up and you can't inhale, so you can't trigger IPAP on your own...

maxepap is only good *after* you've had some breathing issues, so bumping up the minimum is what should be done to try and prevent them in the first place. hopefully that will help with the Apneas and hypopneas.

As Palerider suggested (thank you!), on Sunday night I upped the Min EPAP from 10 to 11; Max EPAP is 14.

These are Sunday night's results (2-26-2017)

http://imgur.com/VuWQ9xY

Monday night's (2-27-2017)results are here, but something went wrong. The graph shows this is for the 28th and ends on March 1. March 1 isn't here yet.The date on the Aircurve, right now, is 3-1-2017. It won't go reset to 2-28-2017

Thank you for bearing with me.

Somehow or other the calendar date on the AirCurve has got moved forward a day and it won't let you go backwards because you already have data in the machine for the 28th...at least per the machine.

It won't let you go backwards when there is data present during that reporting period.

Unless PR has a better way to fix it the only thing I know to do is erase all the data and then it will let you reset the calendar or wait until a night where you don't use the machine for some reason and then it will let you go backwards on the calendar.

I had that happen to the S9 once and I would have sworn I didn't touch the calendar to move it forward but forward it was.
I am still scratching my head over that one. I never mess with the calendar but it got messed with.
