Now this morning the equipment profiles for everyone are absent. This has happened in the past..something goes wrong with the forum software and the equipment profiles go absent..
This has happened before and it may take a few days to get fixed.....
So no sense in telling someone "please fill out your equipment profile" ....they may have already but we just can't see it.
Going to have to ask for specifics on a case by case basis in our responses until they get the profiles fixed.
