I have an AirSense10 Autoset and have been experiencing a lot of belly bloat lately.
I was wondering if this has happened to any others and what they have done about it.
I think some is caused by swallowing inadvertently, but was wondering if anyone
had a solution for this.

It's call "aerophagia".
Use the search function available on the forum and search...it's been discussed a gazillion times.
There are ways to reduce it if it's too annoying or causing a lot of pain.
What are your pressure settings and do you use EPR (exhale pressure relief) and if you do use EPR at what setting?
Usually adding EPR (when someone isn't using it) will help a lot.
