unbelevable readings.

hi guys haven't been on in a while,lately my readings have been in the reading range of oe.1 to oe.9, i am sleeping better, but my? is before i went on holiday my readings where in the 1.5 ta0 4,5 range just concerned my therapy is effective. am i worrying over nothing, thank you in advance with this matter.

Why are they "Unbelievable"? Many people have readings in that area.

If your averages are LOWER than they used to be, at least you are going in the right direction. When I get a run of unusual readings, I can usually point to something in my life has changed. Stuff like stress, change in routine or something at work, illness, family problems.
