LSAT,

I am curious, what was your attitude when Obama won? Be honest, ok?

Regarding my feelings, if a "sane" Republican won like Romney or Kasich, I wouldn't be happy because we disagree on many issues. But at least I wouldn't be worried about the safety of the country as I am with a Trump presidency.

And no, I am not going to live with the fact that Trump sold the US down the river to Russia. And for you right wingers who want to scream that I am crying crocodile tears as a sore loser, google Evan Mullen, a conservative ex-intelligence officer who has made the same claims.

Anyway, I am not sure what your purpose was in starting a thread that you know is going to be contentious. Of course, I am contributing by responding so I do take responsibility for that.

There is a difference between "I don't like the skin colour" and "I am being told that we are going to be rounded up into camps, racism is ok, you can garb <Word removed due to user policy> anytime, and bears are dangerous to schools and an demented squirrel will control the nuke codes"

I didn't want Obama, but it's the way things go, I hoped he would do a good job, I feared he wouldn't. The people elected him, I thought he had the right stuf to handle the job, I prayed, he could at least not hurt our country, I thought it was strong enough one man couldn't bring it down, I had hope.

I under estimated him, he is a world class act, he has managed to inflict more damage on our country than I thought possible, I under estimated him. I never thought his agenda was to bring our country to it's knees, our kneecaps are bleeding, I was wrong.

Trump is a little scary, even for my tastes, his worst thing going is that he tells it like he sees it, even when he shouldn't, but I prefer that to out and out lying. Am I scared he's going to give the country to Russia, or press the Nuke Option without reason, no way, he has to live in this world it's not in his best interest either. Do I think he can undo the tailspin Obama has set on us, No. I don't think anyone can, our ship is headed for the rocks, at best, we can try to reverse the engines, steer a little, but I think we have got too close to the shore, we are going to run aground.

The same forces, that I counted on to control our fall, has failed, also are going to make our reaction too slow to overt disaster in time.

People will tend to put up with oppression, until things get so bad things have to be changed. It requires sacrifice, the population will put up with much before they decide they have nothing to lose. That's why Governments die out over time, we like our way of life too much, it's too much trouble to correct the wrongs, so we complain and live with it, while the powers is control keep taking our values and what we work for piece by piece, we die of a thousand cuts, without fighting to live. Loving it!!!!! God Bless the USA and the new First Family.

Time to undo all the damage Obama has inflicted on us. Which shouldn't be too hard, since so much of it was done via Executive order. Pres. Trump can undo that with his own Exec. orders. And since the American people have given him a Rep. controlled senate and House, he has the support to get it done. Trump will appoint conservative Judges to the Supreme Court. It is time to MAKE AMERICAN GREAT AGAIN!!!

Amen, Card'... tomorrow will be a wonderful day! There will be hope (pun intended) in the air. The air will be crisp, people will be high-flying each other. Great day indeed!

What time is the Yard Sale at the White House? I don't think they are selling anything I'd buy. I hear they do have 30 gallons of Rainbow Paint, but that's way too much paint to cover my Outhouse! Jim

I didn't vote for Obama because I didn't think a background as a Community Organizer and a partial term as Senator qualified him.
I was disappointed that he won, but I didn't jump up and down and protest saying that he was an illegitimate president. Based on what he accomplished during his 8 years...I was right. I may disagree with whoever is President...but I respect the office. That's more than most Liberals can say.

So, you're not capable of discussing cpap with people with which you disagree politically? I'm confused. Those things seem unrelated. I'm certainly just fine discussing cpap with you, even though you are likely somewhere to the left of my political views (given your comment).
