Wore the DreamWear for the first time last night...reported leak rate of 2L/min and I experienced no soreness while wearing the mask or when waking up. The hose connector being at the top of my head was also awesome, I was able to move around in bed without worrying about anything snagging. I woke up with no dry mouth as well. The mask itself is pretty quiet since it vents through the front of the mask and also on top of your head. There is a slight noise coming from the headgear if you lay your head to one side, but I didn't find it uncomfortable and there was no drop of pressure.
I've been using the ResMed AirFit P10 nasal pillows - large pillow size - with varying success. Small discomfort at the nares of the nostrils that I had to treat daily with Lansinoh and also leaks that would occur even when mouth taping. Hopefully I will have continued success - if so, then I've found my new mask .

Your results may vary. Fellow user and don't think I would use anything else. I use a medium frame, but would like it larger. Next step up is an additional two inches. Can't use side pads because don't have enough frame length. Need frame to skin adhesion to prevent massive leaking. They started me out with MW. A month later I actually used the chart and it says M which is a better fit. Still go back to MW when I have nasal congestion. At those times the mask becomes extremely noisy. I have to do a lot of tweeking through the night to prevent leaks and noise. Any pillow obstruction any where near either of the vents causes a lot of noise. Keep reporting after a couple of months. I think it is time to get a new one as I am having more issues lately.
I think it is unconscionable that Philips doesn't have more sizes. Think of having just three shoe sizes. You can get by, but this is a lifelong use. For that much money you ought to be comfortable.
