Hello Community,
My name is Zach and I have been recently diagnosed with sleep apnea. My sleep study showed mild because I was having about 15 events per hour. I was extremely fatigued and was falling asleep all the time during the day. The therapy is going good. I have a lot more energy during they day. I was curious about my numbers and if they are normal? Thanks
