Ask from who you bought it from.
Current Settings PS 4.0 over 10.6-18.0 (cmH2O) - Resmed S9 VPAP Auto w/h5i Humidifier - Quattro Air FFM
TNET Sleep Resource Pages - CPAP Machine Database
Put your equip in your Signature - SleepyHead v1.0.0-beta-1

Why would you buy from Canada...Many Canadians are trying to purchase from the US. Who did you buy from? Where are they located? How was it shipped FedEx, UPS Postal Service? Ask the shipper.

If it went regular post office then it could take over 2 weeks. That is what it takes to get stuff here from the states. We have also had major winter storms in parts of Canada and -48c temps that closed roads. So a lot depends on where it was shipped from.

Thanks Black Spinner, I have e-mailed them today but haven't received an answer. No big rush, just needed to know about when I should get concerned. Thanks again..

Usually 10 to 14 working days.....it depends on customs on both sides and how quickly they sort through the items for the day.
I once sent a box overseas and it sat in Chicago customs for over a week. Go figure that one.
Then there was a box that went to Japan and was received by the recipient exactly 7 days from when I mailed it.
So it goes to Canadian customs first on its way to you then it has to make its way through US customs before getting on its way to you.
You never know about Customs....sometimes they move things right along and sometimes they take their own sweet time.

I am waiting on the Brevida....want to try it but decided to wait until cpap.com gets it. I suspect it will have free return insurance with it at cpap.com. Hopefully shouldn't be much longer before it gets released here in the US....just a couple of months ago it was only available in New Zealand and Australia.

Yeah, I'm interested in that one too. Looks like an AirFit P10 with adjustable headgear. Worth a try, hoping that cpap.com gets it soon.

I suspect it is going to feel a lot like the Pilairo in terms of soft cushiony feeling. My main problem with the Pilairo was I felt the cushion was just too much "stuff" on my face and the ballooning affect was a bit annoying...not to mention the vent noise which of course was fixed with the Pilairo Q but I didn't like the Pilairo well enough to want to try the Q.

I am not unhappy with the P10 at all. I just want to try the Brevida to help relieve the boredom.
It's been a long time since I have tried a new mask.

See the thread above. We now have 2 threads on this mask at the same time. Anyway to combine them?

No way to combine the threads and no real urgent need to combine them. This thread is more of what I call a "chit chat" thread and yours/Tony's was more of a real review thread and when I finally get a chance to try the Brevida I will just add my thoughts to that thread if I can remember to look for it.
Let this thread here die off which it will fairly quickly and for sure long before cpap.com gets the Brevida in stock.
