after 90 day sd card compliance *been 5 months. i dont mind.

Post by moreorless » Thu Jan 05, 2017 3:07 pm

so I am on month 5 on my sleep machine and I just gave another sd card for compliance for my insurance company and they gave me a new replacement sd card. I dont understand I already did 90 day compliance are they going to continue to want me to record my sleep data on the sd card? I do not have a problem with it, I use my machine everday and cant sleep without the machine.

its good to have the sleep data recorded, Its going to be send to my sleep doctors also I am pretty sure also.

Update your profile with your equipment. Answers depend on whether you have a brick or not. Most of the questions would go to your doctor's office though - if all they are collecting is Compliance, it's a waste of your time.

i think it goes to the sleep doctor also. they have updated me on my progress. *the sleep doctors* in the past.
but if its only for compliance i thought compliance is only 90 days? I am compliant though, even if I did not have
to be compliant I would. I have not missed it one time, once i started.
*on a side note* I could not sleep one time for almost 4 days and I had to be hospitialized my heart was racing.
its no fun not being able to sleep, have insomnia.
...
Unless they measure compliance in every giving month . either way i am glad they do send it to sleep doctor
i am sure they will.
.. it could be for insurance purposes too. hmm

A machine that does not have full data capability is referred to as a "brick".

It's possible that they are just giving you an SD card for your computer since you sent yours in to the doctor. You may not need to show any more compliance. Each machine should have a card to record data. You can use this data to monitor your therapy with Sleepyhead software.
