Hello,
I'd appreciate any recommendations on power supply stations for CPAP machines, to be used on camping trips and such. Also, I'd be interested in knowing if the batteries are covered under insurance. Thank you.
All the best,
Chuck

Selecting the proper battery is a compromise between price, weight, capacity, etc. There is no simple solution. If you can tell us your plans - "car camping" or hiking in, how many nights, do you need humidity, etc, we can try to help.Chuck Connors wrote:Hello,

Re: Recommendation on power supply unit.
I use a 55ah AGM battery, the resmed s9 DC power brick, and a Deltran Battery Tender Plus. The 55ah AGM is light enough that I can carry it around and put it in the car. I just use if for thunder storm outages, not camping. A solar panel battery charger sounds interesting, but I haven't made that purchase yet.

Thank you CapnLoki and klv329.
palerider, several of us have a bet on whether or not you'll have 15,000 posts by the end of the year. I think you can do it.
All the best,

but, seriously, the question you asked has been covered over and over, and with a little reading and searching, you'd have your answers, and more.
