Have anyone tried the Total face mask before? I tried the Amara full face mask, but failed. My problem is the strap on my head have to be thigh, it makes me headache when trying to prevent leaking. If any full face mask will give you less suffocated and less noticed about the pressure from the strap?

The Total mask leaks worse than others. You need to find a FF mask that fits you better because just tightening too much actually makes your therapy less effective even if it doesn't give you a headache. But try them on lying down because your face changes a lot when you do. And you were asked a week ago to post all your little questions in one place.. we can't keep track of your history otherwise and can't advise you well if we don't know the history. Stop posting new threads, just post new questions in the old ones.

That weird title on this thread is partly due to not being logged in.
You really do need to register so this does not happen.
If you are registered and logged in, you can edit your posts and even your thread title.

What the heck does 4S1HZ mean as the title of a post?

That would be the Captcha string a guest has to copy to get past the bot stopper.
Sometimes it gets entered in the title field.
It happens every now and then.

about as much as the rest of that random collection of words.

I'm guessing it's the anti-bot captcha though.

Looks like an english translator program issue to me.

I'd personally explore all the FFM (full face mask) possibilities before I head into Total Face territory - that's an even bigger challenge for most folks. My personal observation over four years membership at CPAPtalk is that people with narrow faces sometimes have problems with FFMs (facial hair is another big issue) and will likely have the same problems with expensive total face masks. In other words it can take awhile to get that perfect fit with an FFM. I like the ResMed F10 masks... have you tried that model yet

Maybe somebody can step up and provide their experience with total face masks? I know there aren't too many out there.

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

Actually I bought a Fitlife a while back to see if it helped with some leaking problems I had with the F10. I tried it on with the machine and ran across leak problems that required it to be really tight. Luckily the return insurance was free on that purchase and I had clicked it so I returned it a day or two later. It was heavy and then I was highly amused when it started to fog up. I almost went and got my anti-fogging liquid from my scuba gear. Brought back memories....

Anyway, it might be ok for some but I think it's going to be fairly tight, hard to sleep on your side, heavy and can fog up. I would try a lot of FFMs before I went to the full face mask.
