Opinion of posting items for sale or to be given away

I have several APAP machines and one CPAP that I no longer use. In addition, I have several masks that I have tried with no success. My request for an opinion is whether I should lump them all together in a single omnibus post and see what happens, or make each item an individual post. Opinions, please

Just list them all.
If/when they sell, edit the post and keep going till they're all gone.
That's probably easier then having to keep track of a number of threads.

Single thread with separate posts in the thread would help to "consolidate" your endeavors. (IMO)
