Post by gailbey » Wed Feb 10, 2016 2:40 pm

My husband is a newbie and has trouble with mask seal. He is on his third mask and finds that the full face is" most" comfortable. None are a home run. He has a short beard. The nasal mask irritate him below his nose. any tips??

If the FF mask is the most comfortable...keep using it. A mask liner may help with leaks. Go to padacheek.com.

Beards do make a seal more difficult but some have accomplished it. If he doesn't have a problem breathing through his nose the pillows have less real estate to seal on. The discomfort with the nasal mask can be helped with a liner. The nasal pillows also have barrel cozies that protect under the nose. Check all of http://padacheek.com/ items out.
