I think I fell asleep and then the electricity went off at 3:30ish. And yes, I have a HUGE leak. Actually should have known this in retrospect was making a god awful noises of rushing air like I was in a wind tunnel. I finally fixed it. Really having trouble adjusting the mask to not leak.
Any help on posting is appreciated. Also note: I think I'm maxing out on the pressure, what do you think re: raising it or changing it to like 7-12 or something??

With Sleepyhead you can grab the lines between graphs and make them smaller. That way you can get all of the ones we most look at on one screen.
You did a good job of getting the mask seated without leaks after the leaks woke you up. Looks like you got about 1 1/4 hrs of not bad sleep, too bad the electricity went off.
It also looks like you are going to need more minimum pressure because it goes very quickly up to the 8-9 range. Since you are sensitive to change I would increase it to 7 initially and watch. With EPR at 3 you don't get the full benefit of the decreased pressure when you are under 7 anyway because the machine can't go below 4.
With the Maximum it is just barely touching but if you want to try 12 you can see where it settles. So yes you had a good idea of 7 to 12.

Re: Try at SH post
It looks like the pressure kind of "maxes" out, otoh, that depends on whether the machine tends to max out on the pressure anyway. For instance, say I put it at 20 (not going just giving a for instance) would it just go to 20 whether I needed that or not?

1) use f12 or 'take screenshot' from the menu.jonny515 wrote:Any help on posting is appreciated.
2) https://sleep.tnet.com/resources/sleepyhead/shorganize <- read *ALL THREE* web pages of how toos. you're quite close, but there is room for improvement. good first attempt.
