If you're not part of the solution you're just scumming up the bottom of the beaker!

Wouldn't work for me:
The effectiveness of TRD is much lower in patients with severe sleep apnea (AHI over 30), but it seems to be a good alternative to those in the mild and moderate range (AHI between 5 to 30).

Now my interest is piqued - come on fmj13 - give us some more to go on.
After some googling, maybe this is it, tho it looks kinda uncomfortable to me (there's a lot of blood vessels in the tongue):

I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

So, Dr. Hudson recommended mandibular advancement for someone with an
UNDERBITE?
Just a cotton-pickin' MINUTE!
Of course, this is the internet, and anybody can claim to be a doctor.
Actually, I've been passing myself off as a frog for several years.
