Anyone with experience with the oracle? How do you hold it in your mouth all night?

There's a strap, but you may find it will stay in your mouth without help. You can adjust the tightness.

The big trick to me was to learn to use it without the nose plugs. I would put it on, then sort of mentally blow into it like blowing up a balloon until my soft palate closed off my nose. Then I sort of "froze" and relaxed while starting to breathe. I found that once I got started, the pressure would hold my soft palate closed and stop nose leaks.

I found it too uncomfortable not to breathe through my nose, and it dried my throat out too much. However, I do fine with a nasal mask. The oral mask is a lifesaver for some, and it fixes a few problems some people can't solve any other way.
