Mediums have always been at a premium and hard to find on the nasal pillow masks. It was the same way with the Swift FX pillows...lots of people wanted the mediums because lots of people ended up using the mediums.

Watch EBay...sometimes I have seen some red hot deals if bought in bulk.

Sorry, don't have any spare frames at the moment...had one but ended up sending it overnight to Jamaica last week. Long story but it was an emergency situation.

Reminder: The mesh can be easily cleaned with a water pic.
Some soak, then use a toothbrush, though.
I was tempted to use a denture tablet, if I can find one.
If it works, that would be slick!

I feel bad...I haven't seen a problem with the mesh getting messed up or clogged and I can't remember the last time I washed the frame.
Even with my high humidity setting the mesh holes stay clear...I can test it by using the mask without the machine attached and my hand over the incoming air hole on the short hose. Just using the vent holes for air exchange and they are totally open. Never had them clog up with anything.
