Software for tracking Sleep statistics?

Post by qwerty3656 » Wed Nov 25, 2015 7:37 pm

Been using a cpap for years, but never tracked anything (with regard to how it was actually working). Just got a new machine (DEVILBISS DV54D intellipap) and thought I should take a more active interest in my health. Any guidance on what software I should be using, how to get it and/or how to use it would be appreciated.

I have a DeVilbiss IntelliPAP too and Sleepyhead works great.

Good luck!
