Insert SD card?

Post by Zoopshine » Mon Oct 12, 2015 11:38 pm

Ok, at best, I'm Hooked-On-Phonic computer literate. I downloaded Sleepyhead, but it promptly instructed me to insert my SD card. Uh, where? Do most computers have a port for SD cards? My machine has a built-in cell modem that automatically transmits to MyAir, which I am able to access easily. According to the data there, I'm doing quite well, which I can verify just because of how much better I feel since I started CPAP (dry eyes are my biggest problem). But I wanted to have a look at the SH graphs. Unfortunately, I don't seem to be clever enough to figure out how to get Sleepyhead to latch onto that data.

For reference, my main computer is custom-built, which may explain why I may be missing an SD port. But I also have a Dell laptop. Am I missing something here?

Sorry for the silly question, probably a duh answer coming

the laptop "may" have a reader built in. look for a slot about the size of the card along the front or side edges
if not or for your desktop you need a USB card reader (large pack of gum size with a USB cable on it) about $8 most places that sell computer gear.
don't forget to slide the lock switch to locked and then to unlock it when you put it back in the machine.
Sleeping MUCH better now

Best selling usb memory card readers on amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Best-Sellers-Elec ... 1548957011

You plug your memory card into this and then plug the reader into an open usb port on your computer. Then you will see the memory card show up as a new "drive" on your computer.
