Sleepyhead timestamps

Post by yoshi » Mon Oct 12, 2015 7:41 am

I'm noticing my Sleepyhead event flags are off by an hour (hey, kinda like me. ). Is the timestamp being imported from my cpap device, or is it stamped by the software? Is it possible to adjust the time?

If it's not adjustable by me, it's not a huge problem. I just thought it might make it easier to correlate a flagged event or leak to a known arousal.

Your AirSense machine has a clock...is it set correctly? If it is, SleepyHead has time zone adjustments in each profile...so you may have to edit your profile and see what it says as time zone choice.

I just checked my airsense, I don't see a clock setting to speak of under my settings or my reports. Checked sleepyhead, under File, Edit Profile. It appears as though I'm in the right time zone, with DST enabled. I changed the settings in sleepyhead to a different time zone and it didn't affect my graphs. My local PC clock is correct. I'm guessing it must be coming from the machine.

You may have to go into the clinical setup area on your machine to find the clock.
https://sleep.tnet.com/home/files/resme ... -guide.pdf
The manual will explain how to get to the setup area.
Page 14 and 15 explain how to set date and time.

Alternately in SleepyHead there is a clock drift offset in Preferences/CPAP tab but for an hour of being off when there is a clock to set I would set the clock.

Thanks Pugsy! I was able to change the clock on my airsense. I'll check data tomorrow, but I bet that does the trick.
