Crappy CPAP Machine and Lousy service

Post by ids » Sat Oct 10, 2015 2:48 pm

Be careful buying the XT Fit CPAP Machine , I used mine 3 times and then it broke -- the vendor said it was water damage but I don't have a humidor , then they sent it back to me, and I placed a mark on the bottom of the unit - they didn't' even send me back the same unit - so I doubt very much they even looked at it.....CPAP said there was nothing they could do.....Bull, there was a lot they could do - like not sell a crappy product and take some responsibility for the products they sell........I am out 200 just a couple times

Just beware -

You generally get what you pay for... unfortunately.

Btw, a humidor's for cigars... humidifier's for Cpap.

Did you purchase a Yugo too?

How are you out $200 a couple times? You spent $200 and you have a working (crappy) CPAP machine.

So they sent you a new unit - what are you complaining about?

They replaced the defective machine; sounds like good customer service.

You do understand that crappy customer service would be. NO replacement,NO reply to you about your problem. Did you wish to convey that the particular machine you purchased is crappy? That is different. Since they replaced your unit with a new one how are you out of $200 twice?

This post makes no sense to me. Maybe I am just not smart enough or this person doesn't know what good customer service is...

Or maybe they're using an english translator app. I have seen some crazy looking post when those are used.

The bitterness of low quality is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

No - I don't have a machine, they did nothing to help --- their service sucks --- they didn't even examine the machine --

Very funny....... they sent you back another machine since you said you had placed a mark on the bottom of yours. So did they send you back another machine or what??? Obviously if they sent you back another machine (probably new) then you HAVE a machine. Stop your bitching and use it... or "did you just post to see your own words"???????
Started cpap in 2010.. still at it with great results.

So, you claim the vendor didn't examine the machine, said it had water damage, returned the machine but sent a new one instead of returning the one you had, that "CPAP" (cpap.com?) couldn't do anything (after apparently returning a new machine to you in place of the damaged one you sent them?) You also can't seem to figure out if you are out $200 a couple times after they sent you a new machine to replace the damaged one (did you purchase a second one after you were unhappy with the first?) or if you are out $200 and don't have a machine - what happened to the one they returned that wasn't the one you sent them?

And by the way, why did you come to a forum just to complain a product and a vendor? If you think the product is defective, why didn't you review it on the site where you purchased it?

Forgive me if I'm overstepping the rules of the forum but it is my understanding that the purpose of the forum is to help each other, not for someone who doesn't bother to register to just come here to bitch about a purchase hoping to get sympathy.

What's the purpose of YOUR posts? You've contradicted yourself to the point of making yourself look like an idiot.
If you ARE talking about CPAP.COM, you're wasting your efforts. We KNOW that they're actually a GREAT company to do business with and they have top notch customer service. If you're trying to "bad mouth" them, we will have no sympathy for you. Whatever your "problem" is with them, it's obviously a misunderstanding on YOUR part. They wouldn't stiff you out of a machine or keep your money without you having a product that you paid for. It's not uncommon in this business to swap a new machine for a broken one. And, you never described what your perception of how it was "broke". They also don't have a repair department, so if they sent you a different one.......as you explained in your first post.......that would be standard operational procedure under those circumstances.

Your posts and arguments make ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE!
