Lost weight and I stop snoring.
It has 209 hours of use , never exposed to smoke.
Complete setup come with heated humidifier , card and a transmitter .
Manufactured by PHILIPS , RESPIRONICS MODEL #760P.
Also included 3 medium gel face mask and 3 packages of filters.
Nothing is missing , no scratches or cracks.

Big friggin' deal! Have you had a followup sleep study? You did NOT state that you no longer "need" it.
Lots of folks who lose weight actually need higher pressures. OSA can CAUSE weight gain and losing weight doesn't necessarily get rid of the OSA.

Keep the machine. I predict you'll need it again sometime in the future when you realize you've made a mistake and/or the weight comes back. And, with only 200 hours on it, you've barely used it (not even a month)........which to me means you never took your therapy seriously.
