Post by bosco1111 » Wed Oct 07, 2015 2:03 pm

Have a question ?? Started from day 2 (stopped) using chin strap ...and just keep my mouth closed it took some getting use too . Because it could take your breathe away if your mouth opened ....Is anyone else doing this

So sorry ...Guess maybe I was unclear ....Just not wearing the chin strap and therefore I feel more comfortable at night sleeping . Trained myself to keep my mouth closed Which the whole purpose of the strap is to keep the mouth closed But surely I am not the only one that does this ?? LSAT sorry new to the room and also to the medical condition we seem to all share

The chinstrap helps some, but by far, the majority of people on this board do not use them. If you cannot keep your mouth closed, you could try a FF mask or tape your mouth. I think you will find that these methods are more successful than a chinstrap. If you have trained yourself to keep your mouth closed...congratulations.

Sadly, chin straps often do not work as promised.
Google chin-up strips.
