A new chapter in my life. . . how to fix my pillow?

Post by sweetsnore » Sat Oct 03, 2015 11:20 am

Hello all,

Have had my lovely new bed companion for a week so far. I hate it.

I'm a resmed user with Airfit10 mask. Pressure range 8-18. Gale wind in my face.

I've always been very obsessed with my pillow, so this is presenting a problem. My face wants downy pillow softness, and a clean fresh pillowcase every night is one thing that helps a little with my insomnia.
Now I can't get the pillow right, I can't smell anything, and the mask gets pushed sideways and pinchy.

Me too. I'm still trying to relearn how to sleep on my back. My back problem worsened when I started sleeping on my side. Sigh.

---About not smelling anything, try aromatherapy.
A drop of an essential oil you LIKE on a cotton ball in a bottle cap near the intake can help.
The bottle cap is to protect your furniture.
