I have switched to this nasal pillow a week ago; prior I was using a mask. I'm getting used to it; it is less invasive & doesn't leave marks on my face all day! But I am having more events per hour; on the mask my average is 1 or below....even had 0 a couple of times. But with the nasal pillow it's generally over 2, 3 one day....and I can tell when I wake up, as it is a little more difficult to get out of bed....that feeling of a bit more lethargic. I'm still WAY better than I was before using the CPAP; it has been like a miracle. Overall, I'm happy with the results. Just wondering if there is anything I can do to bring the events p/h down while using the nasal pillow. Any suggestions? Thanks. This is my first post.

What type of events are you seeing the increase in?
Are you using the software to monitor your results? If so, what is the leak rate been running?
Exactly which model machine are you using?
